BREATH CONTROL TRAINING

For ages 9–14 · Sundays at Fletcher

A performance-driven training program that teaches breath control techniques to build comfort and confidence in the water through intro courses and weekly group training sessions.

All new athletes start in the

INTRO COURSE

A 4–5 hour foundation session taught in one day

This is where participants learn the science, safety, and core techniques behind everything we do in weekly breath control training.

WEEKLY TRAINING SESSIONS

SEASONAL 8-WEEK TRAINING BLOCKS

After completing the intro course, your child trains once a week for 8 weeks during Spring, Summer, or Fall. Each block builds skills & drills progressively from week to week.

SMALL, AGE LEVEL-BASED GROUPS

Groups are set by age and ability to ensure the right pace, challenge, and coaching attention for every athlete.

Commit to the full 8-week block for the best progress, though drop-in sessions may be available if space allows.

8-Week Training Block: $280 ($35/session)

Drop-in option: $40 per session

RETURNING STUDENTS

Athletes who have completed the Intro Course may request a spot in a seasonal training block.

NEVER PRACTICE BREATH HOLD TRAINING ALONE!

All water-based drills must be done with the direct supervision of a trained and competent safety partner.
